How to Use

Use consistently for 12 weeks for best results.

Daily – Step 1: RootGlow™ Red Light Therapy Brush (with Pod)
- Fill the built-in pod with either Sprout Growth Serum or Strong Roots Scalp Oil.
- Use on a clean or lightly damp scalp.
- Turn on the brush and glide slowly across the scalp, focusing on thinning areas (crown, temples, parting).
- The pod releases product evenly while red light therapy + scalp massage stimulate follicles.
- Use for 5–10 minutes once daily.

Daily – Step 2: Leave-In Support (if needed)
- If not used in the pod, apply Sprout Growth Serum directly to the scalp.
- Massage gently for 30–60 seconds.
- Do not rinse.

2–3× Weekly – Step 3: Deep Nourish Scalp Oil (Optional Pre-Wash)
- Apply Strong Roots Scalp Oil directly to the scalp (by hand or via pod).
- Massage and leave on for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Shampoo out thoroughly.
